Kate & Prince William – $$$ Priceless, Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently completed a $6.02-million refurbishment of Apartment 1A at the Kensington Palace. The property formerly houses the royal couple, Princess Margaret and Lord Snowdon. The couple, together with their brood, has finally settled into the apartment since mid-2017. Their place has four stories and spacious rooms. The renovation also knocked some rooms reducing it from 30 down to 20.
